We also need to talk about and plan for DYING- not just death , so we can each have a good death- one that is calm, pain relieved and amongst family- not one that is panic stricken and riddled with last minute efforts to extend life at any cost. As I doctor I saw way too many bad deaths and very rarely 'good' deaths.
