Interesting coverage.

I read years ago about recording "morning thoughts" and have often found the only way to get the solutions/inspirations from dreams down fast enough is a quick voice recording. Any attempt to write or type is too slow before they dissipate.

My wife wears a fitbit and Oura ring - they disagree profoundly on how much and what kinds of sleep she gets!
